Introduction

Agreement Between You and vcv99

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and vcv99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at vcv99.vip and all associated services, games, promotions, and payment facilities offered therein. Please read these Terms carefully in their entirety before registering an account or placing any wager. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account and must cease using the platform immediately.

Eligibility to Register and Play

Section 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

• 3.1Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. All deposits are denominated and credited in Bangladeshi Taka. vcv99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply charges of their own which are outside vcv99's control.
• 3.2Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including bKash or Nagad accounts registered to another person — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed.
• 3.3vcv99 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or decline any deposit at its discretion, particularly where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals

• 3.4The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for deposit (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). vcv99 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 10 minutes, though processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• 3.5Withdrawals are only available after at least one successful deposit has been processed and the applicable wagering requirements (if any bonus funds are held in the account) have been satisfied in full.
• 3.6vcv99 may request additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount exceeds vcv99's internal threshold at the time of the request.
• 3.7Any winnings arising from wagers placed using bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within the account cashier. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.

Section 5

Responsible Gaming

vcv99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all registered players from within their account settings at any time.

• 5.1Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately and may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreases take effect immediately.
• 5.2Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss limit per session, per day, or per week. Once the loss limit is reached, the player's account is automatically prevented from placing further wagers until the relevant time period resets.

• 5.4Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may apply for self-exclusion directly from their account settings. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals may be processed. Bonus offers will not be sent during the exclusion period.
